Hess Machine International has always taken pride in it’s outstanding service to its customers.

We hope to continue this legacy and intend to keep inventory of all major components and have access to all necessary components to keep your ozone generator operating long-term.

Our technicians are always available to answer your questions from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday central standard time and will work with you until all of your questions are answered.

Because Hess Machine equipment is so user-friendly, the necessary service can be done by your own staff. However, we also provide technical service at your location when requested. Our technicians are also willing to come on-site and service your equipment.

We have Technicians available at our main location in Inwood, IA. In addition, Terry Good, a long-term Hess Machine employee performs service out of Ephrata, PA and will cover the eastern seaboard.
